Aisle Bliss, LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects Platform users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent including all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform (such as a URL)
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address and accepting service of process from the original complainant
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

3. Repeat Infringers

Aisle Bliss has a policy of terminating accounts of users found to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or that it was removed by mistake may be subject to liability.

5. User-Generated Content

By uploading content to the Platform, you represent that you own the copyright or have the right to upload it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
