Aisle Bliss Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Aisle Bliss platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aisle Bliss, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aisle Bliss platform at aislebliss.com, wedboost.com, and associated subdomains including bliss.page (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Aisle Bliss, LLC ("Aisle Bliss," "we," "our," or "us") provides wedding planning software for couples, wedding planners, and wedding vendors. The Platform includes tools for guest management, RSVP tracking, budget tracking, vendor management, wedding website creation, an AI concierge, and related services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through our support page if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain one account. A single account may hold multiple roles (for example, a wedding planner who is also planning their own wedding).

5. User Roles and Access

5.1 Couples

Couples use the Platform to plan their wedding. A couple account allows one primary owner and one partner co-owner. Couples may invite a wedding planner to access their wedding data.

5.2 Wedding Planners

Wedding planners use the Platform to manage client weddings. Planners may manage a limited number of active weddings at no charge. Planners exceeding that limit are subject to the then-current monthly fee published on our Pricing page.

5.3 Vendors

Vendors may claim and manage a profile in the Aisle Bliss vendor directory. Basic vendor listings are free. Featured listings are subject to the then-current fees published on our Pricing page.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Free Services

Core wedding planning features are provided free of charge to couples. Basic vendor directory listings are available at no charge.

6.2 Paid Features

Certain features require payment. Current pricing is available at aislebliss.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to your registered email address.

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize the payment processor to charge the applicable fees. We do not store your full credit card number.

6.4 Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

6.5 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period. One-time fees are non-refundable once the feature has been delivered.

6.6 Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and provide a grace period as described on our Pricing page. Failure to resolve payment within the grace period may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

6.7 Vendor Featured Listing Price Lock

Vendors with featured listings have their rates locked at the time of signup as long as their subscription remains active without lapsing. Reactivating after a lapse requires paying the current market rate.

7. User Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or otherwise submit to the Platform ("User Content"), including wedding information, photos, guest data, and messages.

7.2 License to Aisle Bliss

By submitting User Content, you grant Aisle Bliss a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, subject to reasonable backup retention periods.

7.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7.4 Guest Data

When you add guest information to the Platform, you represent that you have the right to share this information with us for the purpose of providing the Platform's features. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your guests before adding their personal information.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or invasive of another's privacy
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
  • Use automated means to access the Platform without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Harvest email addresses or other personal information from the Platform
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications
  • Reverse engineer any portion of the Platform
  • Use the Platform to store or transmit malicious code

9. Wedding Website and Guest Communications

9.1 Public Websites

If you publish your wedding website, information you choose to include is publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for deciding what information to publish.

9.2 Guest Communications

When you use the Platform to send emails to guests, you represent that you have the right to contact these individuals and that your use complies with applicable law including CAN-SPAM. You agree not to use the Platform's email features to send unsolicited commercial email.

9.3 Guest Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the guest data you collect through the Platform. You agree to use guest data only for wedding planning purposes.

10. Vendor Directory

10.1 Vendor Listings

Vendors may claim and manage their profile in the directory. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. Aisle Bliss does not verify vendor credentials or licenses.

10.2 Non-Discrimination

By listing on the Aisle Bliss platform, vendors agree not to discriminate against any couple on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Vendors found to engage in discriminatory conduct toward any couple may have their listings removed from the Platform and their accounts terminated. See our DEI Policy for more information.

10.3 Reviews

Reviews must be truthful and based on actual experience. Aisle Bliss reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

10.4 Vendor Relationships

Aisle Bliss is not a party to any agreement between couples and vendors. We do not endorse any vendor and are not responsible for the quality of any vendor's services.

11. AI Features

11.1 AI-Powered Features

The Platform includes AI-powered features including an AI concierge for wedding guests and an AI planning assistant for couples and planners.

11.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review all AI-generated content before using it. AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

11.3 AI Content Ownership

You own content you create using AI features on the Platform, subject to applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Platform IP

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content created by Aisle Bliss, is owned by Aisle Bliss, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Trademarks

"Aisle Bliss" and associated logos are trademarks of Aisle Bliss, LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our written permission.

12.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AISLE BLISS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aisle Bliss, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your access to or use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us through our support page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

16.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before initiating arbitration or litigation. Mediation shall be conducted in Williamson County, Texas, by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

16.3 Binding Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Williamson County, Texas, or by remote means if mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or to address unauthorized access to the Platform. Small claims court actions within the jurisdictional limit are also excluded from mandatory arbitration.

16.5 Waiver of Class Action

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST AISLE BLISS.

16.6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.7 Venue for Non-Arbitrable Claims

For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.

17. Termination

17.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

17.2 By Aisle Bliss

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

17.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aisle Bliss, LLC regarding the Platform.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
