Aisle Bliss, LLC ("Aisle Bliss," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Aisle Bliss platform at aislebliss.com, wedboost.com, and associated subdomains including bliss.page (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Who We Are
Aisle Bliss, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas, operating under the trade name "Aisle Bliss." For privacy-related inquiries, contact us through our support page.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you provide when you create an account, set up a wedding, or use Platform features, including:
- Account information: Full name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), account role
- Wedding information: Wedding date, venue name and address, ceremony and reception times, dress code, dietary information, parking details, hotel block information, couple names
- Guest information: Guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, RSVP status, meal choices, dietary needs, seating assignments, plus-one details, song requests
- Vendor information: Vendor names, categories, contact information, contract details, payment amounts and dates, notes
- Payment information: When you purchase a paid feature, payment is processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive and store a customer identifier and subscription status from our payment processor.
- Communications: Messages sent through our Platform between couples, planners, and vendors
- Photos and media: Photos uploaded to your wedding gallery, audio guestbook recordings, and other media files
- AI interactions: Conversations with our AI concierge and AI planning assistant, stored as session data
- Contact log information: Notes about vendor communications that you enter manually
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution
- IP address: Used for rate limiting, security, and approximate geographic location

2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from:
- Sign-in providers: If you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from that provider, including your name, email address, and profile picture
- Payment processor: We receive payment confirmation and subscription status

3.2 Communicate With You
- Send transactional emails including account confirmation, password reset, and feature notifications
- Send your weekly planning digest (you may opt out in your account settings)
- Send gallery expiry reminders and post-wedding follow-ups
- Respond to support requests
3.3 Improve the Platform
- Analyze usage patterns to understand how the Platform is used
- Identify and fix bugs and technical issues
- Develop new features

- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
4.1 With Service Providers
We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery, content delivery, and analytics. These service providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
4.2 With Other Users of the Platform
Certain information is shared by design with other parties you interact with on the Platform:
- Wedding information you enter is visible to your partner, your assigned wedding planner, and guests who visit your wedding website
- Guest information is visible to the couple who owns the wedding and their assigned planner
- Vendor information is visible to the couple who added the vendor and their planner
- Messages are visible to all participants in a conversation
4.3 With Wedding Guests
If you publish your wedding website, information you choose to include (venue, schedule, dress code, etc.) is visible to anyone with the website link. You control what information is published.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aisle Bliss, our users, or others.
4.5 Business Transfers
If Aisle Bliss, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email and by a prominent notice on our Platform before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
5.1 Account Data
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
5.2 Wedding Photos and Media
- Free tier: Photos and media are retained for 6 months after your wedding date, then permanently deleted. We send reminder emails before deletion.
- Media Add-on: Photos and media are retained for 12 months after your wedding date, then permanently deleted. No extension is available.
5.3 AI Session Data
AI conversation sessions are retained for 90 days after the last activity, then automatically deleted.
5.4 Email Communications
Records of emails sent through our system are retained for 12 months.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Correction
You may access and update your personal information through your account settings at any time.
6.2 Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data through your account settings. Deletion removes your account, wedding data, guest data, photos, messages, and all other associated information from our systems. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
6.3 Opt-Out of Marketing Tracking
You may opt out of analytics and advertising tracking at any time by clicking "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the website footer. When you opt out, we will not load analytics or advertising scripts during your visits. For previously collected data, you may request deletion through your account settings.
6.4 Opt-Out of Marketing Emails
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email or through your account notification settings. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
6.5 Data Portability
You may export your guest list as a CSV file at any time from your dashboard. For other data export requests, contact us through our support page.
6.6 Browser Privacy Signals
We honor the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends either signal, we will automatically treat your visit as a tracking opt-out and no analytics or advertising scripts will be loaded. For California residents, honoring GPC satisfies the opt-out of sale and sharing requirement under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
6.7 California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- The right to delete your personal information
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
