Aisle Bliss is a wedding planning platform that connects couples, wedding planners, and vendors in one place. Couples get a full suite of planning tools, planners can manage multiple weddings from a single dashboard, and vendors get a verified listing in our directory.

How do I sign in?

Sign in with your email address and password, or use your Google or Apple account for one-click access. If you forget your password, use the 'Forgot password?' link on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link.

Can I have more than one role?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One account can hold multiple roles, for example a wedding planner who is also getting married can have both a Planner and a Couple account. Switch between roles anytime from the profile menu.

How do I get my business listed in the vendor directory?

Accepted Answer

Create a free Aisle Bliss account and add the Vendor role from your account settings. You can then complete your vendor profile and appear in the directory. If your business is already listed, use the Claim Listing flow to take ownership of it.

What is WedBoost?

WedBoost is our Google marketing product for wedding vendors. It keeps your Google Business Profile optimized and active so couples searching Google Maps find you. It is separate from your Aisle Bliss directory listing. You can subscribe from your vendor dashboard.

How does a wedding planner manage client weddings?

Accepted Answer

Planners can open any client wedding directly from their Planner dashboard. Once inside a client wedding, you have full access to that couple's planning tools, guest list, budget, timeline, vendors, and more, without the couple needing to share their login.

Is Aisle Bliss free to use?

The couples account is free forever, every feature included. Planners are free for their first 50 weddings. Paid plans are for professionals: planner subscriptions past 50 weddings, featured vendor listings, and WedBoost. Visit our pricing page for the full breakdown.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to every message within one business day. You will receive a confirmation number when you submit a support request so you can follow up if needed.
